Founder & CEO
Christian Mulingbayan is the visionary behind Pocket Communities Corporation, bringing over 20 years of real estate experience and a legacy rooted in more than four decades of construction excellence. With a strong foundation in both local and international education, Christian has pioneered the development of pocket neighborhoods and mixed-use communities designed for the needs of today’s evolving cities.
His deep industry insight, shaped by continuous learning in urban design and planning, is matched by a passion for inclusive growth. A former contributor to local economic development programs and a staunch advocate for entrepreneurship, Christian is committed to building smart, human-centered communities that elevate everyday living across the Philippines.
Pocket Communities is led by a seasoned team with over 75 years of combined experience in real estate. Our board comprises industry veterans with a proven track record of success.
